As I have strived to build my fitness business over the past 5 years, I have found that my own personal health and wellness is the most important aspect of my success. I have studied successful people and looked for habits that have made them the successes they are, it boils down to three things: health, mindset, and productivity.
As I build my own success, I also wanted to build a fitness program that provided the tools for success for highly motivated people. That has been the basis behind my new creation, ALPHA TRAINING.
Alpha Training combines fitness, mindset, and productivity to create a successful atmosphere for the clients who take on the challenge. I take these three categories and use my knowledge of fitness to fuel all three aspects. Here is a breakdown of what the program looks like.
FITNESS: Highly successful and motivated individuals understand that their health is their greatest commodity. How you feel and how you look creates confidence and productivity. The program will use fitness as the ignition to improve mindset and increase productivity. It puts your health as the number one priority, creating the peace of mind to push past the limits you previously had in your life, have the body that gives you confidence, and the health and endurance to go harder and longer than your competition.
MINDSET: Highly successful and motivated individuals have positive mindsets that breed positive outcomes. They listen to positivity, think positive, and find positives in every negative aspect. The program will utilize motivational speeches, mastermind groups, and journaling to create the positivity that will boost your opportunities for success. No man or woman is an island, successful people surround themselves with like-minded individuals. As a part of this program, you will be in the company of like-minded individuals and have their support and feedback to push you towards success.
Productivity: Highly successful and motivated individuals are not always the smartest people in the world, most of them are just willing to outwork the next person to get what they want. Productivity is the key component of success, using and bending time to your will, to create a productive environment each day. As you go through this program you will get more done while having the ability to spend more time doing the things you love with who you love. The program will help you master your time through scheduling and understanding how much you can get done in a day.
